Two out of 4 wheels were bent

Two of my 4 wheels had excessive lateral runout and would not balance properly. I tried calling two separate days and did not reach anyone. I tried emailing various times from two different email addresses, and even messaged the owner on facebook and have not received any post-sale support (have not been able to reach anyone in 24 days.) I'm left to deal with the manufacturer on this one.
