All returned items must be factory sealed in their original packaging in re-sell able condition within 30 days of purchase and are subject to a 15% restocking fee.  For cancelled orders that have not yet shipped, there will be a 5% cancellation fee.  Computer tuners and all electronic parts are non returnable unless defective from the manufacturer.  Please contact customer service to obtain and Return Authorization Number before returning an item.  Thank you.
