I had some questions that I wanted to ask before I purchased a differential.  I called, but no one answered.  I left a message,  but I never received a call back.  I tried again the following day with the same results.  I tried sending an email,  but no response to that either.

I really hope that I have everything that I need for the installation.  

Shipping was lightning fast. I am really happy with that and the layout of the website.  I do find it difficult to view the website on my phone. People don't really use PC's anymore, a website needs to function on a cell these days.

Best shopping experiences I've ever had! I ordered ARH headers, expected a several week wait, after about 4 weeks Moes called and offered, upgraded in stock, SW headers for the same price. Those arrived in 3 days. Super customer service! Everything I've ordered from them was shipped quickly. I will definitely continue buying from Moes!!

tru trac is great getting installed at my local RAM dealer.  Would help if we could get some tech support.  Also the master install kit came up when ordered and I did not realize it was ordered automatically...didn't catch that I needed to check the box for the kit or no kit.  No problem but I ordered another kit by mistake.  I emailed you and you only sent the one which is all that I needed.
Very disappointed with the tech support and/or attention to any correspondance.  Regards, Terry Grant
