5 of 5 Too good for the underside of a truck March 22, 2021

This pan is well made, solid and looks really good.  Too bad nobody but me will ever see it.  Purchased because I needed to drop the trans pan on my 2012 RAM 1500 for service and I might as well get a pan that has a drain plug and fins to keep it cooler when towing.  Thought I was having a hard time cleaning off residual transmission fluid but the thing is so shinny it appears to be wet...was wasting my time.  Went on easily.  I got a Lube Locker 65RFE gasket...had I known the gasket it comes with is a reusable fiber one and was as good as it is, I would have saved the $30 for the Lube Locker.

Easy install for first-timers. Does this pan offset the transmission dipstick in anyway? Do I need to create a new "fill-line"?

Pan draining is *super* convenient now.
